Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, we make every effort to ensure our product photography accurately represents what arrives at your door. However, because many of our furniture pieces and decor items feature natural materials like solid wood, handcrafted finishes, or unique textiles, slight variations in grain and tone can happen. This simply means your piece is uniquely yours.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

We automatically email your sales receipt directly to you as soon as your order is confirmed. You can also view, print, or download your invoices at any time by logging into your Vervela Store account and navigating to your Order History dashboard.

How can I return an item?

If a piece does not completely fit your vision, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact our support team to get started. Please ensure that all furniture and decor items are unassembled, unused, and packed securely in their original packaging.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Most of our popular furniture collections and seasonal decor items do return to inventory. To get notified the exact moment a piece is available again, go to the product page and enter your email address in the Notify Me box.

Where can I ship my order?

We offer shipping to residential and business addresses nationwide. Because our furniture packages are often large and require specialized freight handling, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Full delivery options and real time shipping rates will calculate automatically at checkout.
